What
to expect when you order a tour:
When
you order a tour a photographer will call you, or the contact
person, and book the best time for the shoot. The photographer
will appear at the booking time and photograph stills and
pans of the property. You are welcome to give direction
if needed on what you would like to see highlighted or our
professionals can choose the views to show your listing
at its best possible advantage. When the shoot is done,
the photographer returns to the office and the digital processors
work their magic on the images to create the presentation.
They will then e-mail you a notification that the tour has
been posted and the link and images have been sent to mls.ca
(when mls number is available). Time from shoot to posting
normally takes 2 business days.*Monday to Friday, notwithstanding unforseen, unusual volumn or technical problems. We will also send
you weekly charts of your listing's traffic so you can monitor
the progress. Included in your package is a free account
so you can make changes on your tours or monitor your traffic
at any time.
